AWARDS Traveling trophy to top men, women and overall teams
Every Saturday morning at 9:00 AM rain or shine, we will offer a 5K race! Team, age group and individual scoring, series prizes - all ages and abilities welcome! Join a team, create a team, or run as an individual through the trails of Monmouth County’s most beautiful and challenging parks.
We encourage running clubs, businesses, groups, friends, family members, etc. to create a team and join us - you only need 3 female and male members per race to score! Awards after the last race. Online registration strongly encouraged.
DATES & LOCATIONS
For 6 weeks, Shore A.C. hosts a 5K cross country race at a different county park. Course maps will be available shortly.
Oct. 5 - Week 1 - Big Brook Park Oct. 12 - Week 2 - Wolf Hill Recreation Area Oct. 19 - Week 3 - Holmdel Park Oct. 26 -Week 4 - Tatum Park Nov. 2 - Week 5 - Thompson Park Nov. 9 - Week 6 - Huber Woods Park *Awards on the last day

New to this year, pre-registration required. All registration will go through RunSignUp $50 for the series or $10 per race
RULES & AWARDS
Winning female and male team awards
Team scoring based on best 4 weeks. Each team needs 3 male and 3 female finishers to score as a team. Traditional XC scoring with one point deducted for 1st male and female master in 40s, 50s, 60s and 70s age group. Example, if a team goes top 3 in the male and female they would have a team score of 12. If they have the top 40 year old male and top 60 year old female their score would be reduced by two to 10. Individual displacement will occur for team scoring. Individual age group cash awards to 1st male and female in open, 40's, 50's, 60's and 70's based on best 4 finishes.
