Meet in Family Prime Time. 16 Week Program. Registration and liability forms must be completed and the time of sign-up and turned into Tricia Delaby.
Participants register for the Saturday ONLY class time and then all participants train together on Saturday long runs. Full marathon participants must be able to run 7 miles by training start date. All training runs will be out doors. Participants need to wear weather proof and reflective clothing.
