Must be able to 14 min/mile for half marathon and 12:30 min/mile for full marathon training.
Meet in Family Prime Time. 16 Week Program. Registration and liability forms must be completed and the time of sign-up and returned to Tricia Delaby.
Participants register for the Wednesday class time and then all participants train together on Saturday long runs. Full marathon participants must be able to run 7 miles by training start date. All training runs will be out doors. Participants need to wear weather proof and reflective clothing.
