Description

This road race event has been designed to bring awareness to the many mental health issues that people deal with every day. Runners and walkers throughout the community can join together to support our efforts in increasing mental health awareness, fight stigmas, and encourage understanding by providing resources and support. Portion of proceeds will be donated to CommUnity formerly the Crisis Center.

This year we are adding a little more fun to our event and are encouraging participants to be who you are, DARE TO BE DIFFERENT! We also invite you to go live on Facebook at the beginning, during, or after your walk/run, you can even upload a video! Be sure to tag @FocusUpFoundation. 

With everything that has been going on with COVID-19, we are working hard to continue to bring awareness to Mental Health and Suicide. We will do everything we can to make this a safe race for all participants and bystanders. Who cannot promise there will be social distancing, but we will encourage it.

We ask that if you have a temperature of or above 100 degrees, been around anyone or you yourself have tested positive for COVID-19, please participate virtually, and stay home.
