Description

The 5K and 1 mile fun run follow a flat, fast course follows paved and dirt roads around Myers Park and Salt Point.  The races start and finish at Myers Park.  While in past years, we've guaranteed t-shirts to early registrants and secured professional timing services, we have decided to waive all registration fees for participants with a focus on our community joining together in movement.  There won't be race shirts but you will still get a bib number and we'll have times posted (it just might take a minute longer).  We thank all of our long-time sponsors and encourage our community to patronize these local businesses always and especially now. 

Any donations made will support the Lansing cross country programs (modified & varsity, boys & girls) as well as charities that are important to our athletes.
