Meals on Wheels of Long Beach (MOWLB) invites all runners, walkers and those with wheelchairs to join us for our 5th Annual Run, Walk and Roll 5K/10K event co-sponsored by Long Beach City College Cross Country and Track & Field Department. Everyone from the competitive runner to the recreational runner or walker is welcome! 

Saturday, July 11th our 5th annual fundraiser will be held at the Veterans Memorial Stadium, at Long Beach City College Liberal Arts Campus near Carson & Clark Ave. The net proceeds from the event will be used to fund our home-deilvered meal program, providing meals with a “friendly visit” for low-income homebound seniors, veterans and the disabled across Long Beach, Signal Hill, and Leisure World in Seal Beach.

SOMETHING NEW!  Three great Long Beach nonprofit organizations, Jewish Family & Children's Services, US Vets-LB and Meals on Wheels-LB are linking each of their 5K/10K events to create the 2nd Annual Long Beach Trifecta 5K/10K Series for Good. Participants who complete all three events, first on May 3rd, second on June 13th and the third on July 11th, will be awarded a very special commemorative series medal. For more information about the 5K/10K Series for Good visit the Meals on Wheels website at: www.mowlb.org

Registration Fee:

$35 for an Individual 5K/10K Runner/Walker

$30 for group registration (4 people or more)

$25 for Students or Disabled
