Description

The Village of Homewood and South Suburban Humane Society are thrilled to bring Fast and Furriest 5K run/walk through the streets of beautiful downtown Homewood!  The race starts and finishes outside La Voute in Martin Square.  Registrants receive a t-shirt, completion medal, and runners 21 years and older will receive a free Tito’s Handmade Vodka beverage and raffle ticket for a Tito’s prize pack.  All net proceeds of the Fast and Furriest 5K and 1 Mile Walk support the pets and programs of SSHS.  Tito's Handmade Vodka is generously matching all donations to the event up to $5,000.  Other raffles, music, food for sale and adoptable SSHS dogs will be there at the after-party!  You are welcome to run/walk with your well-behaved, up-to-date on vaccinations dog!
