Description

Our 5K (3.11mi) run & walk distance is computer chip timed. This 5K course is shaded & runs through the streets of the scenic Twin Brook & Pinewood Lake neighborhoods. The rolling hills in the first half are followed by a downhill and flat section to the finish.

The One mile Health Walk is NOT timed and it is free! It does not include a commemorative shirt. The course takes place on the first half mile of the 5k. At the exit of the park, it turns around and heads back to the finish. The walk starts at the same time and place as the 5k.

The FREE Kids Run is NOT timed open to kids 12 & under. These runs take place on the path and grass field at Twin Brooks Park. Ribbons are given for this event. 

Our virtual run is designed for those who can’t be with us but are supportive of the Trumbull Rotary and all it does for the Community. We thank you for your support and will mail your shirt and bib to you.

Get here early on Friday for best parking & enjoy all the festivities. We always have great food and entertainment.  These events are hosted by the dedicated men & women of the Trumbull Rotary.

PRE REG PICKUP AVAILABLE at the TRUMBULL LIBRARY from 5-7pm (located on Quality St). Late registration will also be accepted with cash or check only. $35 for 5K ages 19 & over. $20 ages 18 & under, and Free for veterans. One mile walk and kids runs are Free. 

Friday July 31
5:15pm  Late Registration (cash/check only) & prereg pickup 

6:15pm Kids runs - shorter & longer versions based on numbers and ages of entrants.

6:40pm Registration ends

6:45 pm sharp! 5K Run/Walk & one mile Health Walk start

Registrants will receive a commemorative t-shirt (guaranteed when signed up by July 17).  After that shirts will be available on a first-come-first-serve basis, while supplies last up to 250 cutoff. Pre register early and don’t miss this shirt!
