Description

For the sixth year in a row, the Albany Kiwanis Club will host its Annual Pancake Run.  We will host this race at Covenant Presbyterian Church.  The course will start next to Lake Loretta, and the home stretch will have runners circle the Lake for the final 0.4 miles!  

The best part is that every runner who registers will receive a free pancake breakfast!  Pancakes can be purchased for non runners for just $5.  

All funds raised for this race will go to the Albany Kiwanis Club to serve the children of Southwest Georgia.  The Albany Kiwanis Club is in its 100th year of service to the children of Albany, the state of Georgia, and around the world.  

For the first time this year, the Pancake Run is a part of the Clover Glove Race Series, the Black Bag Race Series, and the Run and See Georgia Grand Prix.  

Parking for the race will be on the Robin Hood side of the building.  Robin Hood Road is the road that runs between Covenant Presbyterian Church and Porterfield Memorial United Methodist Church.  Your GPS will take you to the entrance on Edgewater Drive, but we will ask that you drive to the other side of the building since the church's main parking lot is on Robin Hood Road, and the race will start and finish on the Edgewater side.  Race registration will also take place in the church's Fellowship Hall, which is on the side of the building by the Robin Hood parking lot.  We will post signs to direct you to the correct parking lot and from the parking lot to the Fellowship Hall.
