The 10th Annual Spencer C Duncan Make It Count 5K is coming up! This run/walk has become a “must do” event in the running community. Check out How We Make It Count under the About tab at the top of the page to see how we granted last year’s proceeds to benefit many great organizations helping our veterans.

Back by popular demand is our virtual runner option. If you are out of town and cannot make it on Julyt 31st, we invite you to Make It Count from your own home. As a virtual runner, you can run or walk a 5K, or 500 yards, or even 5 feet—wherever you are, whenever you choose! You can even sit on your couch and just think about running or walking!
