Our race features commemorative T-shirts, chip timing, awards for top finishers, food, fun and fellowship.

Alzheimer’s is the 6th leading cause of death in our country.  Thankfully the UK Sanders-Brown Center on Aging has made it their mission to improve the lives of those living with Alzheimer’s or other age-related dementias.  As one of the nation’s leading center’s on aging, Sanders-Brown has physicians and researchers who have dedicated their lives to finding a cure for Alzheimer’s Disease and other neurodegenerative disorders.  All proceeds will go to support the mission of the UK Sanders-Brown Center on Aging of research and education, and ultimately, to preventing debilitating brain disorders.  For more information please visit uky.edu/coa/
