• October 17, 2025 - 11:00am - 6:00pm onsite at 4640 NW 36 Street, BLDG 890, Miami, Fl 33166  
• October 18, 2025 - Race Day Packet Pickup onsite -  6:00am - 7:25am 

For Security Purposes: Every individual participant needs a valid government ID to pick-up TSA does not allow digital copies or photos on your phone of IDs these  CAN NOT be accepted.  No exceptions. On race day, arrive early - All runners/walkers will be escorted to the start line - No late entry allowed, late arrivals on race day will be denied access to the hangar and race. 

NO late arriving participants may enter the hangar or start the event..  We must re-open the runway and will have and ON TIME START at 7:30am,

DO NOT BE LATE. Any late arrives are not subject to any refunds, deferrals or make goods.
