The Cameron K. Gallagher Foundation is excited to expand its voice across the nation as we encourage people to SpeakUp for mental health. The SpeakUp5k was created by Cameron Gallagher of Richmond, Virginia, as a way to bring the community together to SpeakUp for teenage depression and anxiety. National SpeakUp5k Day allows participants from across the nation (and globe!) to share in our mission of being a positive force to cultivate understanding and awareness of teen depression and anxiety. Participants will be mailed a t-shirt and race bib. Those who register by Sept. 1 will receive their t-shirt in time for race day.
