Flowers 2 Frost:  September 19, 2020 7am-12pm (noon)

Time to put your Petal to the Medal and join us for the Flowers to Frost 5k, 10k or half and with a two part series run concluding at Reid Merrill Park.

With the Valley coming into the Winter Blues, grab your Runners Shoes and take a trip down the beautiful Boise River Greenbelt to watch the changing of the seasons. Whether you’re walking out those sore muscles or running into Fall head on, we look forward to seeing you for a blooming good time!

Course

Starting at Reid Merrill Park, participants will head out to the Boise River Greenbelt.  Each distance will provide scenic views of the Boise River.

Race Day Schedule:

Half Marathon start: 7:00am

10K start: 7:20am

5K start: 7:40am
