Description

UNFORTUNATELY, DUE TO THE UNCERTAINTY WITH COVID-19, Rimrock's 2020 Pump-N-Run for Recovery IS CANCELLED FOR 2020.

PLEASE STAY TUNED FOR 2021 EVENT. WE LOOK FORWARD TO COMING BACK BIGGER AND STRONGER.

RIMRCOCK'S PUMP-N-RUN for recovery adds a unique twist to the average fun run by measuring both strength and endurance. Participants will have the option to take 30 seconds off their race time for each successful bench press they perform prior to the race.

There are 12 age/gender divisions. Depending on age, men must bench press 60 to 100 percent of their body weight, and women 40 to 70 percent of weight. See below to view Bench Press Weight Chart.

Saturday, August 1st @ Zoo Montana

Check in/Late Registration: 8:00am (Race Day registration adds an additional $5 to the prices below)

Weigh-in and bench press begin at 8:30am with the 5K Run/Walk beginning at 9:30am.

The cost is $25.00 for either the Pump-N-Run or the 5K Run/Walk Only.  Entry fee will include a guaranteed  Rimrock t-shirt for those registered by July 3rd, swag bag with goodies and coupons and entry into the Zoo on race day - feel free to enjoy the zoo all day!!

You must be 18 years or older to compete in the bench press competition. Under17 can register under '5K Run/Walk Only' to still receive a t-shirt, swag bag, entry to Zoo and be eligible for runner placement.

As the leading addiction treatment facility in the region, Rimrock is committed to providing support to those in recovery. Through our 5k Pump N Run event we hope to raise money to expand and improve the availability of prevention, treatment, and recovery services for those in need.
