     6th Annual Locust Lucky Leprechaun 5K Run/Walk

UPDATE:  Sunday's race is scheduled to go on, Rain or Shine.  We are monitoring the weather and may delay the race a bit due to thunderstorms.  We will make that call on Sunday morning around 10:00 am. 

1- Packet Pickup will be Saturday from 9-12 and Sunday at 2:00 pm at the West Stanly Senior Center in Locust Town Center. 213 Town Center Drive, Locust NC 28097 

For Saturday Morning's Packet Pick-up, use the back entrance to the West Stanly Senior Center to get your race bags. 

2- Beat the Leprechaun to the finish line and win a 14" pizza from Emricci Pizza!  Exciting news - Emricci Pizza was just named Stanly County Small Business of the Year by the Stanly County Chamber of Commerce!

New This Year - Beat the Leprechaun and Win a Free Pizza from Emricci Pizza in Locust.

There will be a designated Leprechaun racing in the Locust Lucky Leprechaun 5K.  If you beat the Leprechaun to the finish line, you will win a coupon for a free 14" Cheese Pizza from Emricci Pizza.  Currently, Peter Asciutto is the designated Leprechaun.  On a good day, he may break 35:00 on a 5K.

Always a First Class and Well Organized Event!  Locust is a very short drive from Charlotte and Concord to drive over for a race.

Flow Yoga Locust will be teaching a complimentary yoga class from 2-2:30pm to help get your muscles ready for the 5K!  Bring a mat, otherwise we'll have one if you need it!!  Meet near the awards table across from the Brew Room!

Join us on March 16th at 3pm for the 6th Annual Lucky Leprechaun 5K Run/Walk in Locust Town Center in Locust, NC.  A fast & flat-ish course through the Locust Town Center & surrounding neighborhood!

Get your Green On and dress in the spirit of Saint Patrick.  Wear your favorite St. Patrick's Day attire, prizes for best dressed Leprechaun!  @excitebikes will be leading the way during the race, course will be marked and we will have our communication dudes readily available on the course...so please don't get lost.  :)
