Description

The 28th Rise ‘N Shine 5K Road Race is a fun and challenging course including the Kennebec River Rail Trail. The event will begin and end at the Kennebec Valley YMCA in Augusta. Individual runners and walkers are timed. Teams are encouraged, but not timed together.

We have a limited number of showers available after the race in our Family Changing Rooms due to our locker rooms continuing to be closed at this time.

All registrants will receive a FREE event shirt registered before August 22nd with the option!
