The Harpoon Flannel 5k is back IN PERSON this year! We're hosting our event at Harpoon Brewery Taproom and Beer Garden in Windsor, VT. We're excited to have you back to the Upper Valley so that we can celebrate racing (and drinking beer) together again! This year we're hosting Harpoon BBQFest following our Flannel 5K. Look out for special discounts for Flannel 5K participants and their attendees. 

PLEASE NOTE: As of 9/9 we are SOLD OUT of in-person placements. Please sign up for our virtual event!

If you would like to be virtual, we have PDF Bib's available for you. This means you can:

• Choose your own 5k course.


• Choose what time you want to run on Sunday, September 12th

As usual, net proceeds will benefit The Friends of Norris Cotton Cancer Center. We are proud to partner with such a well-respected institution in the Upper Valley and look forward to raising much needed funds for cancer research and patient care at the Dartmouth Hitchcock Medical Center.
