DOUBLE BUNNY - Run the 1 Mile as a warm up, catch a breather then get to the start line for the 5K.

BAD BUNNY 5K and 1 Mile

DOGS: Due to Liability Insurance… Dogs are not allowed on the course

STROLLERS: 

Portions of the trail are on single track trail and would not be appropriate for strollers or baby joggers.
