BE Strong Fitness & Yoga is hosting the 7th annual Monticello Panther Prowl 5k/10k, with all proceeds benefiting local nonprofit organizations.

The deadline to register online and be guaranteed a shirt is Sunday, Aug. 31. Registrations will be accepted until Saturday, Sept. 13 at 5:30 p.m.

Participants can walk and/or run, but every person who participates is making a contribution to a great cause!

Chip timing will be provided by B&W Racing.

Participants can choose from 2 options: walk/run a 5k (3.1 miles) or walk/run a 10k (6.2 miles). 

Medals will be awarded to the top 3 male/female in each race and age category (11 and under, 12-15, 16-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, and 60 and up) ONLINE DEADLINE TO RECEIVE A SHIRT IS AUGUST 31. We thank you for your support!
