Description

The New Kent Educational Foundation (NKEF) presents the Strides for Schools with the One Mile Apple Dash and the 5K Strides for Schools. Proceeds from the event   benefit NKEF and its various projects, such as: students scholarships, teacher grants, the theater department, homecoming events, and other programs that promote and enhance educational opportunities for the students and staff of New Kent County Public Schools.

Richmond Road Runners Club provides finish line services for the 5K run/walk under contract with the race organizers.
