Run, walk or donate. It's easy to participate virtually.

Here's how you can get involved:

• Organize a team, bring your family, or go solo!


• Fundraise to support our cause


• Chart your own 5K/3.1 mile race course and run anytime, anywhere


• Time your race with your smartphone timer or with an app


• Post your time on RunSignUp beginning Sunday, August 16 and up until 11:59 PM on Monday, August 31


• Share and tag your results and race photos on Facebook and Instagram. #EllensRun25 or #EllensRun25Survivor


• Register by August 31. Top runners and fundraisers will be featured on our website and social media.
