The 7th Annual Heels Up Race will take place on March 25, 2023 in Shreveport, Louisiana. This year's race is a 5K only and begins and ends in the Provenance Community!

Proceeds from this race supports The Hub Urban Ministries program Purchased: Not for Sale. Purchased exists to serve women and children who are victims of sex trafficking or leaving the sex industry. We do that by providing Rescue, Relationship, Resources, and Recovery. 

This year, we are inviting all runners to donate their shoes or bring a pair of shoes to donate. If you donate your race shoes during the race or before you cross the finish line then you will receive a Heels Up cup, Hub hot dog, and a chance to win a year subscription to Rise Up and Roast coffee!
