***Important Race Update***

Due to unfavorable weather conditions and safety concerns, the Jingle Bell Jog 5K and Fun Run will now take place as a virtual event. Your safety is our utmost priority, and this change ensures everyone can still participate safely.
 
The packet pick-up scheduled will still occur for Friday, December 1 at the Carrollton High School Baseball Field house from 2-4 pm. Please stop by to grab your shirt if you pre-registered. Additional packet pick-up opportunity available on Tuesday, December 5 from 11am-2:30pm in the same location. All remaining race shirts will be donated.
 
You now have the opportunity to complete your 5K run within the comfort and safety of your own location over the next 7 days. We encourage you to embrace the festive spirit by sharing a photo of yourself in your finest Jingle Bell outfit on the PTVO Carrollton Elementary School Facebook page during this time.
 
Please submit your virtual 5K run time within the next 7 days, and let's keep the jolly spirit alive together! Tomorrow the results platform will open to submit virtual run times. A separate email will be sent with instructions. Thank you for your understanding and continued support. Your enthusiasm and participation truly make this event special.

14th Annual CES Jingle Bell Jog 5k Road Race and Kid's Fun Run

• Registration deadline to guarantee a T-shirt is November 23th
• An email with packet pick up instructions will be sent out closer to race day 

Race Day Information:

• Races begin in front of Carrollton Elementary School across the street from the Baseball Field House and finish at Grisham Stadium
• 9:00am Kids Fun Run
• 9:30am 5k Run/Walk
• Race time will be limited to 50 minutes for the 5K.
• All participants receive jingle bells for their shoes prior to the race; dress in festive Christmas flare
• Visit finish line photo booth, and enjoy hot chocolate, candy canes and snacks!
• Entertainment by DJ Terry Lowry!

Race Categories and Awards:

• Custom Jingle Bell Jog medals will be awarded for top finishers in both the Fun Run and 5k
• Fun Run - awards ceremony at 9:15 am. There will be a 1st place boy and girl winner for grades Pre-K through 3rd. 
• 5k - awards ceremony at 10:30am at the finish line.  Awards will be given for First place, Second place, Third place male and female in the following divisions: 10 & under, 11-14, 15-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70 & over

All proceeds benefit Carrollton Elementary School PTVO
