Our first (of we hope many) fundraisers, Baldock 5k will take place on 9thSeptember 2018 at 9am in Whitehorse street, Baldock. Our theme this year is ‘Rat Race’ as this years route takes us through North Baldock, a tunnel under the railway bridge and on to the beautiful Ivel springs. There will also be a charity raffle, bouncy castle, face paints, tug of war and other activities as well as a BBQ, drinks and light music. We are looking to raise as much money as possible for the Garden House Hospice.

By entering Baldock 5k, you’ll be able to help us raise as much money as possible for a local charity that assists the local community in their time of need. Garden House Hospice Care provides a wide range of services for patients, their carers, and families facing a life limiting illness. Free specialist palliative care is provided for over 500 adults a year living with advanced cancer, motor neuron disease and other life limiting illness in our community. They need to raise 3 million ever year, so they can run their services. We want to help them.

You don't need to just run/jog or walk the event to help, that's why we have some light entertainment on the day! Why not bring the family? Let the kids play on the bouncy castle whilst you enjoy a moment having something to eat and the little ones get heir face painted whilst waiting for your loved one to cross the finish line?

We really hope to make this a fun family event for all ages to enjoy for many years to come! We thank you for your support and hope to see you there
