2021 Road Runners Club of America Minnesota State 5k Championship. 5k results by USATF divisions; USATF certified 5k course. As with every CC event, official race results are submitted to MN Runner of the Year for MNROY Records points. 5k results by Youth, Open, Masters (Masters 5-year age groups > age 35-95) + Age-graded results.  RxExercise – Exercise as Medicine - reduces health risks and improves the management of advancing age challenges. Run or Walk a timed 5k ‘round Arbor Lake on USATF certified 5k course with family & friends.   Start/Finish next to old/closed Claddagh Irish Pub & Restaurant, in Maple Grove, MN, Sunday, September 26th,  9 AM start. Limited entries - Pre-register early! Complete 5k results by USATF divisions; race results submitted to MN Runner of the Year records. Cheerful, warm and welcoming CC Race Event Worker (CCREW) volunteers, Motivating Music, optional colorful commemorative shirt, fabulous online photos, free & convenient parking.
