The Wilson Gobble Wobble

• The Arc of Wilson County provides programs for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (I/DD) in Wilson County and encourages all persons of any ability to participate
• The Wilson Gobble Wobble 5K and 1-mile family fun run, walk, or wobble is open to people of ALL AGES & ABILITIES
• The Wilson Gobble Wobble was started as a way for families to start their Thanksgiving off with a little exercise together so they could enjoy guilt-free turkey (or any other Thanksgiving meal) during the holiday

Registration Fee:

5K Run/Walk

• $30 - Early Bird until August 31st - includes shirt and medal
• $35 - Registration September 1st-October 15th - includes shirt and medal
• $35 - Late Registration October 16th-November 27th - includes medal only (shirts will be available for an additional charge through November 3rd, we can not guarantee shirts will be available on race day)

1-Mile Fun Run, Walk, or Wobble

• $27 - Early Bird until August 31st - includes shirt and medal
• $32 - Registration September 1st-October 15th - includes shirt and medal
• $32 - Late Registration October 16th-November 27th - includes medal only (shirts will be available for an additional charge through November 3rd, we can not guarantee shirts will be available on race day)

Due to the number of entries this year, there will be no same day registration. Thank you to everyone who signed up for the 8th Annual Wilson Gobble Wobble! 

Registration

• Shirt Guarantee Deadline is November 3rd. If you select to receive a Gobble Wobble Shirt in your race day packet prior to November 3rd, you will be guaranteed a shirt. After November 3rd, the shirts will be turned off. 
• Online registration will be used until each event starts.
• Race day registration will be available using RunSignUp.
  
  
  • Race Day Registration will require using RunSignUp to pay by card.
  • There will not be cash payment options for the 5K or the 1-mile event
  
  

Event Swag

• Each year, The Wilson Gobble Wobble has had an event shirt that is included with all registrations who register by the shirt cutoff date (11/03/24)

Awards

• Top 3 Overall Finishers in the following age groups: 10 & under, 11-15, 16-19, 20-29, 30-49, 50-69, 70 & over
  
  
• Golden Turkey -The Group or Team that raises the most money for the Arc of Wilson County will receive the coveted Golden Turkey award at the end of the race, followed by a group or team photo that will be posted on our website and social media!

Packet Pick-Up Event

Participants can pick up their shirt(s) and participation medal(s) during this time. Race day bibs will be handed out during race day check-in only.

Once your bib is picked up, it will be your responsibility to bring it on race day!

Shirts will be available for late registration for an additional fee. Also, we will not have previous years' shirts available on race day either. So be sure to sign up early to ensure you have a Gobble Wobble Race Day shirt.
