Description

The VSAP event is broken down into three events, a 3-mile Suicide awareness walk/run, a 12-mile run and a 6-mile Ruck (Rucking or packing , 20kg to represent, remember, and honor veterans who have been tragically lost to us and our Nation).

The VSAP helps build community which is one way to help combat suicide. Montana consistently has one of the highest suicide rates in the nation, per capita. This event will help raise awareness and promote prevention about this epidemic by bring the community together to memorialize those lost and let Veterans, their friends, and families know they are not alone.

Location: Rocky Mountain Museum of Military History   - 30 Ft. Missoula Road Building T-316, Ft. Missoula 59804

There will be live music, food, activities, silent auction, veteran owned businesses and veteran friendly service providers.

Register by May 1, 2025 to ensure swag bag and a t-shirt your size!   

Package pick-up will be at the Missoula Vet Center 910 Brooks Street from 1000 to 1800 on May 16, 2025.  Please pick-up event package (T-Shirt, Swag) on this date to ensure smooth participant flow the morning of the VSAP Event.
