Training Plans brings a complete plan-following experience to RaceMob. Coaches create the plans, and you get an easy-to-follow journey from Day 1 to race day.

  • Plan Enrollment — Browse available plans and enroll in a plan.  You can decide: when to start, you current pace, and your long/rest days. Your plan starts when you choose, and tracks your progress through every week.  We've included a Strava integration for more seamless tracking.
  • Interactive Weekly Timeline — A day-by-day calendar shows your upcoming workouts, rest days, and weekly goals. Swipe through weeks on mobile with the touch-friendly carousel.
  • Smart Pace Zones — Workout paces are calculated from your fitness profile, so your easy runs, tempo runs, and intervals are personalized to you.
  • Pause & Resume — Life happens. Pause your plan and pick up where you left off. Stats track your current training segment so you always know where you stand.
  • PDF Export — Print your plan or save it as a PDF to pin on the fridge.

How to Use It

Visit the Training Plans section to browse available plans. Find one that matches your goal race and click "Enroll." Your personalized journey page will show you exactly what to do each day.
