JOIN US FOR OUR 11TH YEAR RUNNING!

This uplifting and inspiring event honors the memory of 3 beloved sisters and supports Self-Esteem Rising, the foundation's suite of innovative self-esteem educational programs including Beautiful Me, Raising a Beautiful Child & Empower Me.

Race Course: Emma’s Mile & 5K start at the entrance of Centennial Gardens. Fast, flat course tours the streets of Floral Park. Music and water stops line the course.  Pee Wee Run (ages 7 & under)  KICK-OFF for FAMILY FUNDAY! Free street parking. 

Virtual Runner:

Can't attend the Annual 5K Race/Walk on May 16? 

You can still run/walk to support the Hance Family Foundation and Self-Esteem Rising by becoming a virtual runner. Just commit to running or walking on your own around town, on your treadmill, even at another 5K. Register as a virtual runner and raise $35. You'll receive an official HFF race shirt!

5K -  Top male & female finishers overall, Top three male & female finishers in age groups (13 and under; 14 to 16; 17 to 19; 20 to 24; 25 to 29; 30 to 34; 35 to 39; 40 to 44; 45 to 49; 50 to 54; 55 to 59; 60 to 64; 65 to 69; 70 and above)

Michael Davidson Award: Top male & female 5K finishers from Floral Park 

Emma’s Mile - Top 10 male & female under 13 years of age

Additional Prizes: Team Spirit, Highest Fundraiser (team and individual), Largest Beautiful Me Team, Most Unique Beautiful Me Team.

Race Day Packet Pick-up & Registration: Saturday, September 26, 2020, 7:15am - 8:45am at the Floral Park Centennial Gardens, 251 Floral Parkway, Floral Park, NY 11001. ***No numbers will be given out after 8:45am race day.***
