If you fundraise at least $250, we will refund your race entry fee.

What about my race t-shirt?
Due to the unforeseen circumstances of COVID-19, we are evaluating t-shirt distribution.  If you live outside the Birmingham Metro Region, your t-shirt will be mailed to you.  Local t-shirt distribution will be determined two weeks prior to the event.  Be looking for an email notification with details.

Bib Number Transfer and Cancellation Policy:
There are NO refunds of registration fees.  If you wish to change from Fun Run to 5K or be added to a team, please log into your registration profile and make the updates there. [How to make changes] If you wish to transfer your registration to another person, please log into your registration profile and make the updates there. There are NO bib number transfers of registration after May 7th. 

NOTE: This event will occur rain or shine, warm or cold. We reserve the right to cancel in extreme circumstances. In that event, there will be no refunds, rather, your entry fee will be used as a donation to Norma Livingston Ovarian Cancer Foundation (501c3).
