Join Us for the first Heart2Heart Outreach 5K Gran Run!

Heart2Heart Outreach is a 501(c)(3) charitable organization committed to helping seniors by providing hope, sharing love, and restoring purpose. We mobilize volunteers to connect, advocate, respond, and engage lonely seniors living alone in their own homes or in nursing home facilities. Proceeds benefit our seniors in our C.A.R.E. Program throughout South Florida. 

Whether by yourself or in a team, we can cross the finish line, hand in hand, as we strive to create a brighter future for those in need.

The sole purpose of the Heart2Heart 5K Gran Run is to have fun and a great experience, regardless of your athletic ability, and to support the aging community!
