The first annual GTC Memorial Day Mile is presented by Greenville Track Club and will start at the Kroc Center at 7:30am on Memorial Day, Monday, May 27, 2024.

Most 1-mile races are described as a "fun run." This 1-mile race is a competitive race with wave starts according to estimated finish time. However, we do have a fun and family wave for walkers and strollers.

The course will start at the soccer field and runners will head left on the Swamp Rabbit Trail, toward Unity Park. Then they will cross S. Hudson Street and enter Unity Park and do a loop there as shown on the map below. Then come back and finish at the Kroc Center Field with all the American Flags placed along the field to honor the brave men and women who sacrificed their lives serving our country and community. The race finishes at the soccer field. The entry fees are very affordable, making this race an easy choice for everyone, especially families! 

Note: Do not register children 6 and under.  There will be no bib and no shirt for this age group !
