Description

The inaugural Run for the Rosé takes place in the beautiful, historic New Salem State Park. The race will begin and end at West of Wise Winery which has award winning wines from grapes grown in their family vineyard and other select Illinois vineyards. If wine isn’t your thing, the winery also offers beer from great local breweries. After the race relax at our outdoor picnic tables while the bonfire blazes and a live band plays. Invite your friends and family to come run or walk with you and enjoy the day while sipping remarkable wines and listening to music.

Event details and schedule

The run will start at West of Wise Winery at 10:00am. Arrive between 8:30-9:45am to get your registration packets, t-shirt, and sign a waiver. If you would like to do this before race day feel free to visit West of Wise Winery between 12-5pm on Wednesday the 27th, Thursday the 28th, and Friday the 29th. Unfortunately the race course does not allow for strollers or pets. After the race enjoy food, music, and wine.
