Miles for Migraine will host its 15th annual 2-mile Walk, 5K Run and Relax San Francisco Event on Saturday October 28th at the Music Concourse Bandshell at Golden Gate park. This event is a fundraiser for Migraine & Headache Awareness, Treatment & Research. Dress up in your best purple flair for a chance at a fun prize! Registration is FREE!

All funds raised will benefit the West Virginia University Headache Center to support local migraine research and fellowship training programs.
