Planet Beach Longview is hosting a Veteran's Day 5k Run or Ruck and Fun Run.  Proceeds from the 5k are to benefit the TACP Association. Our goal is to donate $10,000 to the association through sponsorships, a virtual raffle and registration fees.

The TACP Association is a nonprofit organization that serves the TACP brotherhood by sponsoring and coordinating events in which TACP A members celebrate their career field. As a community, they remember the Fallen, honor the living and support TACP families by providing financial assistance.

Registration is $30 and includes a race day T-shirt as well as a swag bag for the first 200 participants.  Don't want to run or ruck? No problem! All ages welcome and walking is encouraged. If you are physically unable to run or ruck, just sign up for the Fun Run!

Registration will begin at 7:30 am, Saturday November 12 in the parking lot of National Wholesale Supply.  The race will take you through Boorman Trail around Lois Jackson Park and end back in the parking lot of NWS.  Promptly following the race, we will have results from our online raffle and gift baskets for top female runner, top female rucker, top male runner and top male rucker. The Gino's Taco food truck will be onsite, coffee from 7brew, a bounce house and yard games so you can hang out a while! 

This event is the perfect opportunity to surround yourself with those that honor our military and fallen. We can't wait to see you there!
