We will be hosting the Extreme Warrior Mud at a luxurious wedding and event venue, Seven Paths Manor in Spring Hope NC on July 30th 2022. Portion of proceeds benefit Faith Christian Ministries. This 5k obstacle course run will have obstacles themed and built by marine, firefighter and sheriff training instructors. The course will feature obstacles for all fitness and experience levels, the beginner and the experienced. Other obstacles will be CrossFit Games and Farm Hand Laborer obstacles and of course mud. Get prepared for 20+ of the most fun obstacles and some of the most beautiful terrain we know you’ll enjoy. COURSE LIMITED TO THE FIRST 250 RUNNERS THAT PRE-REGISTER. No cap on spectators so bring the whole gang with you, they get in free!

This event set’s itself apart from other runs by being very spectator friendly. Almost all of the obstacles are setup in view of the spectator and vendor area. Spectators will be able to watch all the action at the obstacle stations while visiting with the vendors. Spectators get in for free. So runners, encourage your family to come to this one with you so the can watch and cheer you through the obstacles from the sidelines. This event is designed with the spectator in mind. So come on out for a great time and supporting a great charity that does a lot for the community. Additional food and merch vendors will be on site (cash only).

2. Arrive 30 minutes prior to your start time

3. Bring towels and extra clothes/shoes

4. Bring bags to put your dirty clothes/shoes in

5. Bring any toiletry items that you may need

6. Bring cash for food, t-shirts, merch

7. Bring your A game and ALWAYS THINK SAFETY

8. Upon arrival head immediately to the registration booth to get checked in and get important updates/pertinent information

   10:30am – Third Wave Starts
   11:00am – Fourth Wave Starts
   11:30am – Fifth Wave Starts
   Vendors will be setup from 9am-2pm

   
   General Course Info: Should any start time exceed the course max participant cap it will be split into 15 minute increments (I.e 10:00am and 10:15am). You may skip any obstacle you choose but you must stop and allow the staff at that obstacle mark your runner bib therefore eliminating you from qualifying for any awards that may be given to the top runners. There will be event shirts available for pre-purchase for $20 day of event.
