5k Run/Walk

Fundraiser for Women in Motion. 

Women In Motion is a yearly retreat for anyone who identifies as a woman in a 12-step program. It is an opportunity to network with other women, make new friends, and learn more about yourself. This is the 14th year of the retreat, which continues to grow. Last year, we had about 100 women in attendance and were able to help cover the costs for 15 of those women to attend the weekend retreat. The weekend consists of inspiring speakers, a celebration of recovery, and connecting to fellow long-term recovering women.

This 3rd Annual 5k will serve as a fundraiser to raise money for our Help a Sister Out program. This program provides 50% of the registration cost to help women in need of financial support. The more we raise, the more support we can provide!

RACE DAY

• Packet pick-up day of the event, starting at 8:00 AM.


• Top 3 finisher prizes men and women.


• Refreshments at the start and finish line


• T-shirts for all participants that register by 4/12/24, after we can't guarantee a shirt


• Every runner and walker will receive a finisher medal


• Race starts promptly at 9:00 AM.
