This 11 week training program will include 3 days a week training culminating with a walk/run 5K! Training days will be Monday's, Thursday's and Saturday's, with the 5K taking place on Saturday June 4th. T-shirts are included with the entry fee if you are registered by May 20th 2022. This Camp is included in all 6 Mo. and 1 Yr. Fitness Center Membership packages, the $20 Race+T-shirt entry is not and must be registered for separately.

There are 4 informational meetings about the training and race in the WRC Community Room @ 6:30 pm on these dates;
