Description

Hit the ground running or walking with Chandler's therapeutic running club. Each week, you will run the course by the canal starting from the Chandler Tennis Center parking lot. You'll learn proper techniques as you prepare for a local 5K in March. Each week put one foot in front of the other and start chasing the awesome health benefits of running. Participants are required to bring a running partner to every class so you can run at a comfortable pace for you. 5K details will be distributed late in the season. Please also be sure to bring water. The race we will participate in will be on March 26, 2022.
