This beginner 12 week running program will get you fit and 5k ready! A proven training schedule will be used by the program leader in order to safely work up to a 5k run after the 12 weeks of training. Run with us or Train on Your Own! Your coach will provide weekly training schedules and you check in for accountability. The 5k fee is included in this registration.
