We welcome you to the second annual Overdose Awareness Memorial Walk Fundraiser event benefiting The Phoenix Wichita! The Phoenix is helping individuals transform their lives from substance use disorder with free recovery resources so that that together we rise, recover and live.  Together we walk to remember those who have lost their lives to overdose and support those lives affected by substance use. Come spend the day with us as we remember, feel connected to others and fight to end the stigma in hopes of ending the losses.

This special event includes an approximate 1-mile walk, speakers, community resources, lunch, and activities for the whole family. 

Register. Register and participate in this year’s event and help us raise awareness and funding for The Phoenix Wichita.  

Submit. Send us a picture of your loved one to [email protected] (Subject: Photo for Overdose Awareness Walk). We will add their photo along the path route.

Fundraise. Fundraise as an individual or team online by leveraging the tools in the Participant Center. Fundraising helps us continue to offer free recovery resources for our Phoenix members and community!

The Phoenix is an innovative nonprofit organization that helps people recover from substance use disorder and heal by leveraging the intrinsic transformative power of social connection and activity. Through group fitness, meditation, running, climbing, hiking, dance, and other meaningful activities, The Phoenix combats the isolation, shame, and hopelessness that often surrounds substance use and perpetuates relapse. Events at The Phoenix are FREE to anyone with at least 48 hours of continuous sobriety.
