Description

Join us on Saturday, July 24th for the City of Delavan Parks and Recreation first ever Downhill Derby Race! Participants will compete in their appropriate age division with the opportunity for the first three places to receive a trophy or medal. Participants please arrive 1 hour prior to race time start for pre-race inspection and race overview. Race schedules will be given out the week after our registration Deadline. Participants building their own vehicle must pick up their wheels at the City of Delavan Parks and Recreation Department office. Office hours are Monday-Friday 8:00am to 4:30pm.

Mandatory Pre-Race Day Inspection: Saturday, July 10 (10am)

Race Day: Saturday, July 24

Locations:

• Pre-Race Day inspection will take place at the

Mill Pond Parking lot in Veterans Park

• Check In/Staging area will be on McDowell by

Veterans Park Playground on race day.

• Races will be held on Terrace Street

If we have inclement weather on our scheduled race day our rain makeup date will be Saturday, July 31st
