• Age groups both male and female (3 deep):  14 and under, 15-19, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70-74, 75-79, 80 and above

Race Course:

• Chip timed (5K only)


• The course is flat and fast utilizing residential streets with police traffic control. 


• It is well marked with signs and painted streets. 


• Accurate splits at 1 and 2 miles with water. 


• Restrooms available.
