Two live 45 minute zoom sessions per week, 14 total sessions. Focusing on fun rather than formal exercises, this interactive class will reinforce a positive relationship with movement and fitness while building connections to one another. Students will build their stamina through games, dancing, challenges, fun drills and yoga activities. Physical skills practiced will include: endurance, agility, balance, flexibility and coordination. Social emotional skills practiced will include: confidence building, expanding comfort zones, and self reflection. We will incorporate many similar skills practiced in Elementary Cross Country, with an increased focus on fun, silly movement!
