Description

The 1st annual Brooksville Back The Blue 5K will be a walk/run event. It will be held on the Good Neighbor Trail off of Richbarn Rd in Brooksville. All proceeds will go to law enforcement families in need, families of fallen Law Enforcement and to help prevent suicide in Law Enforcement. We will have awards for overall top 3 male and female and age group awards (9 and under,10-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69 and 70 and over) separate for male and female. Finisher medals, T-shirt’s and swag for everyone. Walkers welcome! Sponsors needed and volunteers needed!

Hydration station will have water bottles not cups and runners can grab and go. Water bottles dumped in garbage can after turn around point. 

 

Packet pick up weds of the week of race suggested to prevent gathering.

TIMING: runners will be chip timed by Athletic Scoring Services and live results will be available. Runners will also be sent out in waves.
