48th Annual Health Focus of Southwest Virginia Salem Distance Run

Location: Salem Red Sox Stadium,1004 Texas Street Salem, VA 24153

Race founder: Richard Browder, Retired Track Coach, Roanoke College

5K: Race starts at 8:00 a.m., $30.00 (includes t-shirt). Additional $5.00 if registered after October 12, 2022.

10K: Race starts at 8:00 a.m., $35.00 (includes t-shirt). Additional $5.00 if registered after October 12, 2022.

RULES & DETAILS

• Online Registration is strongly encouraged


• Runsignup.com registration is available thru October 22, 2022. Preferred-sized shirts are only available thru October 5, 2022.


• The race will start and finish at Salem Red Sox Stadium.


• Parking is in front of the Salem Civic Center – 1001 Roanoke Blvd., Salem, VA 24153


• Awards may be picked up before leaving the stadium near the main entrance.


• No pets or strollers are permitted.
