We are aware of the current restrictions and challenges due to COVID-19 but we are moving forward with aspiring plans for a spectacular event. We will be prepared to adjust and adapt if needed and we will communicate with you, our supporters and participants, throughout the planning process. What will not change is the need to support the Philadelphia Police Department. This fundraising event is our chance to show them how much we appreciate their service, not just during this challenging season, but always.
The PPD has been on the front lines throughout the COVID-19 pandemic. While many of us will have the ability to work from home, the officers of Philly PD will not have that luxury. They will report to work each and every day regardless of the Coronavirus risks to ensure the safety of our city. To all law enforcement and first responders (and doctors/ nurses and other mandatory personnel) we say: Thank You!
Your support of The Market Street Run for Blue is more critical than ever. All proceeds benefit the Philadelphia Police Foundation.
