Description

This is a 5k/Kid's 1k event that helps benefit our track teams at Rantoul High School, our summer program the Rantoul Rockets, and our Special Olympics program the Rantoul Crusaders.  Come join us for a fun day of events on August 15th.  The course starts across from the football field at Rantoul High School, travels through town, on the bike paths, and ends on the high school track.  This year's original race was postponed due to the COVID-19 outbreak, so we are having a Back to School event in August!

Event details and schedule

On site registration and packet pick up starts at 7:00am. The 5k starts at 8:00am and the Kid's 1k starts at 9:00am. Registration will be in front of the gym doors on Congress Ave.

Awards will be given to 7 age groups male/female in the 5k, the overall winner and runner up male/female, and prizes will be awarded to 3 age groups in the kid's 1k.  Awards will be handed out following each race in front of the home bleachers of the football field.  

Please park in the big concrete parking lot right across from the school. 

T-Shirts are not guaranteed after August 5th.
