NO CAMP FRIDAY JULY 3RD In this camp, beginning and experienced young runners alike will approach the sport from an understanding of running as both a mental and physical sport. We will begin the day with a morning distance run. Other activities throughout the day will include additional running training such as sprints, stretching, and active games such as kickball, ultimate Frisbee, and capture the flag. We will finish the day with a shorter distance run and make goals to improve runners’ abilities throughout the week.
